Our Services

CAD DESIGN

Screenshot 2022-12-30 at 10.08.51.jpg

We offer a simple CAD Design service. Using Fusion 360 we can help turn your idea in to reality. Send us your brief along with a sketch including the critical dimensions and we can then decide if we are right for your project. If we are and you want to proceed we'll give you an up front cost so you know what to expect.

3D PRINTING

Whether we create a CAD design for you, or if you already have an STL and you just want it printed, we can help.

FDM (filament) or SLA (resin), prototyping materials such as PLA to the stronger finishing materials such as PETG, and even flexible's, we can advise on the material most suited to your needs.

Customer Projects

We were asked by our friends over in the camera department to design and print an enclosure for a small Raspberry Pi touch screen that they needed to spigot mountable so the focus puller could have it  mounted next to his main monitor.

We needed to make an enclosure as small as possible and with two fixing points giving more mounting options.
With lots of small ports and buttons, as well as a touch screen to consider, getting the measurements exact was a challenge.

A few hours of CAD work and we were ready to printing a prototype. Once printed, the test fit showed some slight adjustments were needed to the fit of the screen. This was done and the Prototype was reprinted.
The finished design pictured here is a render created in a Fusion 360.

Do you have an idea for something you would like to see made?

Our finished product was printed using PETG. The decision was made to make it using a clear filament, a decision we were really happy with.
