What’s the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount for shop purchases but we do charge a minimum fee of £4.99 +VAT for our FDM printing and £12 +VAT for SLA printing services.
Is the material you use for printing environmentally friendly?
Unless a product is custom made and requires a specific material, the standard material used in the majority of our products are PETG and/or TPE, both of which are recyclable. Materials used in each product can be found in 'Specifications'. If in doubt, unwanted products can be returned to us for recycling.
Is there a warranty with these products?
All our products come with a standard one year warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse, misuse or exposure to high temperatures.
What is 3D Printing?
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, is a manufacturing process where a 3D printer creates three-dimensional objects by depositing materials layer by layer in accordance to the object’s 3D digital model. Can I customise my order?
Most products can be customised with a text, logo, colour change or even a change to the design of the item. Please Contact Us for any special requirements.
Where is my order?
Delays happen but if you are concerned about your order, please Contact Us quoting your order number.
Doesn't plastic melt though?
Printing using an FDM printer is done by melting a plastic filament at usually over 220c. So in short, yes plastic does melt. All our products are tested under normal working conditions but obviously as with any plastic, you wouldn't want to leave it in front of a heat source such as a HMI light
How long will it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch our in stock items within 1-2 days. All Pre-Order items have an approximate Ready to Ship time quoted on the product page.
