La storia

Global3d.uk è una piccola start-up azienda britannica fondata da me, Ross Grimshaw. I started out in the Engineering Industry where I trained as a toolmaker/precision engineer and moved into the_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_Construction Industry where I then qualified as an Electrician, eventually making my route into the film industria.

I now have over 13 years experience working within the lighting department on anything from low budget television_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_to high budget feature films as a rigging, practical and shooting electrician.

Con la passione per la stampa 3D ho notato un vuoto nel reparto luci per_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d-bb_small, illuminazione a LED completamente personalizzabile adatta per_35cc754cde -136bad5cf58d_everyday use on set. This got me thinking about how I could make affordable lights of any_cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_shape or size utilizzando la tecnologia di una stampante 3D. After months of research, CAD design and testing I came up with a product which can be assembled by the customer utilizzando le proprie specifiche di LED e diffusione, o da noi come prodotto pronto all'uso.

Da allora, la passione per il design e la creazione si è  diffusa in tutte le cose sul set. Dalle custodie per iPad che possono essere montate su supporti, ai supporti per punti di accesso wireless, alle clip e alle staffe che sostengono le small luci.

Ora ci occupiamo di realizzare ciò che desideri, from CAD design to manufacturing, relativo all'industria cinematografica o meno!
