These Softube Kits are designed to fit the Astera Helios and Titan tubes, and give the user the option to create a soft source by adding a diffused surrounding.
 
The kit contains two end caps and enough Hook n Loop for one diffusion. Just add your diffusion of choice (we think a 400 or Magic Cloth works well).
 
The end caps are screwed on to the tube using the Eyebolts found in the Astera kit, and a 3/8 unc threads in the centre of each end cap means it can be rigged Horizontally by fixing both ends, Vertically using one end, or by rigging straight off the tube. 
All of our Astera Clip's will work when using the Softwedge kit.
 
Vents on each end cap help to keep the tubes from over heating, by aiding air flow when fully enclosed in diffusion.
 
Each end cap also has a charging lead entry point that is blocked when not in use.
 
When not in use, the end caps are held neatly together with the aid of strong magnets.
