These Softube Kits are designed to fit the Astera Helios and Titan tubes, and give the user the option to create a soft source by adding a diffused surrounding.
 
The Kit contains two end caps, a set of SpacerClips, and enough Hook n Loop for one diffusion. Just add diffusion of choice (we think a 400 or Magic Cloth works well).
 
The end caps screw on to the tubes using the eyebolts found in the Astera Kit, and the 3/8 thread in the centre of the caps means it can be rigged Horizontally by fixing both ends, or Vertically using one end. The included SpacerClips are used to brace the centre of the four tubes giving it a more strength.
 
Vents on each end cap help to keep the tube from over heating, by aiding air flow when fully enclosed in diffusion and an access point that is large enough for four charging leads means you can run this without worrying about battery life. Please keep an eye on the temp when running on mains power and at full output on all tubes.
 
When not in use, the end caps are held neatly together with the aid of strong magnets.

Our DoubleClip's work well for rigging when this kit is made up using Helios tubes (see photo). Due to the extra weight when using Titan tubes, we would advise using a metal rigging option instead.
