These Softwedge Kits are designed to fit the Astera Helios and Titan tube, and give the user the option to create a nice soft source by adding a diffusion of choice.
 
The diffusion can be attached by either using a 1 inch Hook n Loop, or by utilizing the strong incorporated magnets which are placed in the leading face on each end cap corner. 
 
The end caps are screwed on to the tube using the Eyebolts found in the Astera kit, and a 3/8 unc threads in the centre of each end cap means it can be rigged Horizontally by fixing both ends, Vertically using one end, or by rigging straight off the tube. 
 
All of our Astera Clip's will work when using the Softwedge kit.
 
Both end caps have an access point for data/charge cables to be run through if the wedge is completely enclosed. 
 
When not in use, the end caps are held neatly together with the aid of strong magnets.
